    Personal opinion, buy what you need, Buy base on purpose and pricing. Then base on aesthetic. Sometimes too much ingredients spoils the soup. Likewise, too many choices makes decision difficult. I always brain wash myself this way, once I buy this model, dont bother with what other brand/make can offer. Focus & Forget.

    White gloss finishing is nice but experience tells me that under light and certain angles, it will look dusty and any scratches will be magnified. Still contemplating shall we go with it. BTW is that a microwave on top of the oven? Mind sharing the brand, model and cost for the hob, hood, oven and microwave?

    Please share the name of the reno company and the ID involved. If they can pocket the 2k, there is no reason why their name cannot be named. I do not really believe in 3D. 3D are simply glorified pictures which very likely differ from end products. I had seen 3D toilet drawing with pebble stones inside. I really wonder which champion will add stones in toilet to trap dirt and hair. No doubt it look good aesthetically but functionality zero.

    Have not done so but as you read from what I had post before. I have access to water jet but min is 1500PSI type. kstoh is staying in landed, waterjet comes in handy to clear mould and water stains for him. HDB not so applicable. Nonetheless, his thread is very informative and witty.

    kstoh, thanks for sharing the pics! Great toys indeed. Was thinking of waterjet as well but alas no point buying one just to clear bird ****. Moreover if the paint peels due to jetting, then I will be in for more bashing. Guess have to wait for raining day and arm with with scrubs and brushes.

    Totally agreed with kstoh. I had spoken to both Alan and Mr. K. Both portray a very busy image, unable to schedule down a proper and actual timing to meet. Then Alan is a little more gungho style, not the least that he doesn’t know what he is doing but matter of fact he knows his work well. He views renovation more like a process, like a phase by phase project. When time comes for the next phase, he won’t wait, he would move on, doing the norm, the SOP.

    Try chatting with the seller and request for a delivery to the particular address, provided it is within the city. They may charge you for shipping though but normally is quite low.

    Can take a pic of the metal door? Planning to have such installation as well. Just wondering about the cost. Saw some at IMM. Range from $500. If wooden gate and metal door will be very costly. If change both door and gate as well gonna burn thru the pocket.

    Correct me if I am wrong, trackers are the side tracks where the drawers slide in and out on. Blum drawers are really a drawer BUT excluding the front panel (where the handle is) and the bottom of the drawers. These, you have to ask your carpenter to make.

    Kitchen Photos Of course, all are to go. Surprisingly there is no door at the service balcony, left only the door frame. Planning to hack it off to make it look bigger. Funny thing is I dont comprehend the rationale of the service balcony. The designers meant not ok to for cooking fumes to go the to drying clothes but ok to drift into the living room??? Or close both the kitchen door and service balcony and use the person cooking to breathe the fumes away???

    Not a theroy. It is actually happening in real life. One can never be too careful in life, especially when it concerns the public safety, personal property, welfare etc. Cautions are to be practiced, plans to be drafted, plans drilled prior to actions etc. Look at how the SMRT issues are debated, SMRT being fine, the committee set up to brain storm and investigate and of course the conclusion. Of course there is also the hawker cleanliness issues, which elevated to a serious level. Leave no things to chances.
