Hi crysmeth, cost of reno is very subjective hence I can share how much I spent which is about 50k excluding aircon, appliances, furniture, electrical and many others. My cost would not be a good indicator for reference as I have close to 100ft of carpentry and also subjected what material you use. Good luck in searching for the EA.

That's a nice piece! But the depth can be of a concern. I think for ladies are a little deep to rest on the back rest. For big guys will slouch if sit and lean backwards. But this type of sofa is great for snuggling and cuddling up.

Lighting for the living, dining and kitchen, all the same except in sizes. All from Tmall and lighting known as Smithfield. 4 lights for RMB830, what more can one ask for? 3 sizes OD 60cm/48cm/35cm. Ceiling flushed or suspended. ID commented many prefer variation in living and dining lighting but failed to recognized that uniformity is actually also a design. Though not many are able to stomach it and find it boring but can be quite a sight if all blends well. Again, beauty lies in the eyes of the beholder. I prefer lighting to be simpler, mainly due to future cleaning convenient as well as changing of light bulbs. Grohe Shower and Mixer Bought 2 sets for the Master Bath and Common Bath From Tmall, items yet to arrive and keeping my fingers cross. Given the price, properly just slightly more than buying any shower and mixer locally.

It is near but not that near though. A fair walking distance though. There is hear say of storage heater will help with rain shower pressure but no first hand experience. Choose a gas heater instead mainly for the cost and the other factor is the running of pipelines as well as location. Now I can have the heater in kitchen/service balcony area with just a pipeline to the washrooms.

Main point - What rubbish is this? Concealing of damaged area? Does it means make good of the hacking of wall for concealing? Which house owner hack to conceal but never make good of hacking part? So why split into 2 part? If they really charge this way, then make sure after plastering, the hacking part is smooth and flush with the walls and not uneven with the hacking line visible.

Why no top cabinet? 800 can do at least 3 ft of top already. Partition are always costly, consider as carpentry as well. Grinding feels costly. $1k can do overlay with vinyl for both rooms already. Brand new and not recon.

You are better with other brands offering vinyl if they cant offer $6 psf. I choose Krono, compared both Evo and Krono, look similar, or matter of fact same under the untrained eye. In the end, I'd saved $1 psf. If there is 1000sf means a $1k saving.
