Renovation is actually a very happy thing if you do it the right way. Don't be a cheapskates, get reasonable quotes and make sure no gimmicks or hidden cost. Make sure everything is spell out to you what you need to do and not tell you along the way and ask you to top up money. I met a few customers coming to me asking me to carry out their unfinished works as their ID or contractors went total MIA. They are asking for help desperately. Be smart and happy renovating.. If thats the case, big companies supplying solid surface and granite supplier gonna go eat 西北风。 Anyway my kitchen cabinet is $90/ft shoe cabinet, wardrobe and sliding wardrobe is $10 more.. Solid surface i got main supplier in sg for $50 per ft and i sell at $55 per ft. $5 profit for a few phone calls and arrangement fees.. Lastly if your info is correct i close down my carpentry factory and i order from you. Carpentry works i let you earn $5 profit per ft and solid surface or granite i give you earn $30 profit per ft.. Deal ? both sides happy.. yeah ^_^

Thanks Bro Devilaz, as for Iquartz, they ever pass me a copy of tested proven lab result so I trusted them. Been using them for all my customers cabinets. Cheaper ones are solid surface but it's not heat resistant and not scratch prove. ID normally charges are higher then direct contractor cause their profit is based on how much they top up from contractor cost. Positive points for ID is they are able to design your whole house to showroom standard and some fantastic ID can design the whole house to give you a wow factor. Direct Contractor takes jobs from ID or salesman. We gives better after sales services cause we are direct and confirm better pricing also. If you knows what you want already it's better you look for direct contractor. We can give you advices on your requests and some ideas as well. Jason

Hi bro, i take it as standard points for your electrical works. Height for new flats normally is around 8ft - 9ft Air con you can get more more cheaper outside which is $3600-$3800 Kerb need not $1100, thats crazy. Around $350. Carpentry works are also high, i can get you at least 10% lower Caesarstone top i don't know what quality. hi guys, standard stuffs like flooring and doors and bathrooms reno are ready for new bro flats. what you need are electrical services, carpentry works, window grills, painting and false ceiling if you like it. other then that nothing much. if you need someone to design your house like a showroom flat, do get yourself an ID to design for you, if you knows what you want and maybe some advices, you can find yourself a direct contractor as its cheaper. No matter is ID or direct contractor, do pm me if you need contacts. ps: direct contractors don't deal with customers who haven get their keys.

Hi Tarsonis, Basically all customise carpentry materials are running on solid ply with abs trimming. All cabinet doors are in soft closing manner. Labour job wise is e same. Make sure you check everything before settling the balance. By e way i can give you a much better deal if you are interested. Will Pm you.

Kitchen cabinet and granite top i need dimension to quote you Whole house rewiring is around $1.5k to $2k including DB box. also gotta depending on how many points. We are a group of hands on contractors. Try not to buy ready make furniture, ready make ones are not durable as they are either using hollow or cushion plywood. Cheap but not lasting.
