Just a friendly advice, its pointless for you to get so many quotes. A lot of quotes out there have a lot of hidden cost because you haven get your flat.. all will bring down prices hoping to close your deal first.. Even if you don't sign, wait till your house come you go and look for the cheapest ones, the price will not be the same anymore.. Always make sure initial price and final price are the same unless you request for more stuffs and not pay for more when it should be along with it.. Just my 2 cents worth.. Tan

there is no definite price for any flat. No matter is 3 rooms or 6 rooms... It depends on what is your requirement. I have did 10k reno for a five room and also 40k for a 5room BTO flat.. This 40k project is hack all walls beside kitchen. 2 toilets convert to one. Living room and bedrooms re construct become one bedroom and one big living room and baby toys room.. Some more lots of carpentry works and electrical have to re run everything, As long you feel comfortable with the price and you feel alright with the person in charge then its okay.. Bro rajujacob, if the workmanship and quality of materials are of top notch also won't guarantee you a problem free situation.. Why ? Because it gotta depends on the person who did your waterproofing last time. when we overlay the flooring indirectly its giving the floor more pressure thus the water will leak to your neighbour downstairs IF your waterproofing is not strong enough.. Just for your info, you can try go to your floor trap, open it and use your finger to try to dig the side area just below the tiles.. If you can dig out sand the i suggest you don't do overlay.. this method is not proven ah.. End of the day its a matter of lucky or unlucky.. Over my 6yrs in this line as a main contractor I've only met 3-5 such incidents.. As for your quotations, you can get $800 cheaper.. Tan ^_^

ask my best friend name google.. it will show up companies supplying that. call them and ask them to measure and install and pay them.. whole singapore IDs and contractors look for them.. If you are not happy with their price then you can forget installing that..
