Reno of 3 room resale can go as low as 20k or below. Depends on what you are looking for. If you want to have buid-in, it will definitely cost more. I would suggest build-in to come later if you are on tight budget. simple can be beautiful. i have done mine and im sure you can do it. cheers!

Dear Sir, I was at my Mother inlaw house when a middle age man came and took out the corridor window and grills without any tools involved. Good thing was that we were all home with the door open and saw what he was about to do and questioned him. WE could have reported to the police. He mentioned that such grill has no security and contractor usually will not tell us about it. immediately he installed some security lock inide the window grills. I am looking at changing my corridor windows and grills and now im rather worried. Can you please advise. Thank you.
