Hi Getting ID for my new 5room BTO flat. Was looking through the long list of items drilled to the specifics in some of the posted Reno quotes. As a newbie to house reno, are there must-have items for each section in the Reno quotes for a 5 room BTO flat ( with doors and floorings already installed) ? This question may seem general and depending on what you want in your house. However some must-have like if you are working on the tiles, waterproofing is required. Appreciate some advices. Thank you!
