Are you sure you are paying only package price? There may be hidden cost and later on they add this add that, in the end you pay like twice the package! Please be very sure of what you are paying/signing and the details of the package. That's all i can say.

Don give anything unless you are sure you want to engage the ID. I have paid $1000 for so call 3d drawing. Turn out the drawing, i think I go magazine cut and paste better than they draw. These drawing also does not come with dimensions nor and specification and in my opinion i feel that flip magazine and show them what i want also can.I heard some ID only allow max changes to the drawing of 3 times and subsequently you need to pay for any further amendment. Like what others had said, some of these drawings can be recycled from previous project as well. Maybe its only me that had this bad experience. This is a very risky option. In my opinion, why paid some money for something you have not even see yet! Its like you are buying a piece of furniture but the seller show you a blank paper and say "hey.. hand me $500 and i go back get the catalogs to show you, so in order to prove your sincerity in buying from us and i won waste my effort!" Don't sound logical to me. This is my experience. Peace

Hi all, flat would be coming next year and would like to seek some "old timer" or experienced forumer advice for renovation price. My flat is a 4rm that comes with floor tiles and etc etc. (Premium flat). Below is what i'm looking at 1) Construct kitchen cabinet of 30 - 35ft 2) Kitchen table granite top of 16 - 18ft 3) Fridge, kitchen cabinet and washing machine base 4) Pumbing work - piping for kitchen sink, washing machine 5) Installation of bathroom & kitchen accessories, heater,hood,burner, sink, tap etc... 6) Master bedroom - full height sliding door waredrobe of around 2200mm of length 7) Painting for entire unit 8) L box/ Light box 9) Lightings for whole unit with instalation 10) Protection/chemical washing after and during renovation 11) Folding doors for 2 toilet 12) windows grill for service yard and all other windows The above list is constructed base on my experience and own research. I may have missed out some important item as well. feel free to enlighten me. I'm looking at around $12k and max capped at $14k for the entire renovation which exclude the furniture and electrical appliance. L box/Light box will be able to opt out for adjustability of the renovation budget. Feel free to provide advice/comment if this is achievable? Thanks

am very curious how come the mattress deposit is refundable? I paid $200 deposit for my kingkoll at OG were not refundable!!
