I just want to change the kitchen top with the sink cos it might collapse. Do not want to pay too much cos planning to sell my flat. Any contractor want to do such a minor job!

I am in the midst of househunting for a resale flat in Woodlands and came across Block 685B in Woodlands Dr 73. Its a 5 room flat and of course with 3 bedrooms only. I wish to add in 1 more room as I have my mum living with my family of 2 grown children (a boy and girl). My consideration for any flat is whether I can construct 1 extra bedroom rather than anything else. I actually obtained the floor plan of the flat and having a hard time visualising how the 4 bedroom would be like. If it is not possible then I would need to abandon my thought to consider the flat in that vincinity. Any one can help !

Does anyone have the floor plan of the 5 room flat at Woodlands Drive 75. Block 688 to 690. Appreciate all help. Thanks. sue
