Have seen young people throwing cigarette box/butts thus not neccessary old ppl have such habit. Just simply dont understand if they are not allow to smoke within the house premise, then dont smoke near the window and simply throw the cigarette butts out of convenience without thinking for those who hang their clothing.

Hi Skyspectum, There are a lot levels above but likely could be only 1 or 2 level above mine as the whole cigarette flown into kitchen if very high up unlikely it can. just hope those ppl can be more considerate. Sigh.

Hi all, what should be done if clothing that hang out always kena cigarette ash? Unit above already throw their cigarette down and few occassion clothing kena burnt :-(

Oh no this is not that bad. ever seen an unit ( high floor) from blk89 hanging out their bamboo from one of their bedroom window. Imagine if there is strong wind, the bamboo can just drop and hit on resident who walk at the open pathway.

Hi, Residing at blk91. Ya lor that time Nov washing didnt carried,quite patient to wait for few weeks after got advise from TC that need time for "special washing". Until end dec then seen washing carried out to my level thus wonder whether is it Nov or Dec washing schedule. Anyway as long as washing carried out, it fine else pay conservancy still see our area dirty, quite disappointing lor ;-)

haha... that could be good thing that they wash the corridor again as the other time the washing could be November task. Now maybe they are carrying out the Dec washing ;-)

Hopefully my level will be washed. Quite disappointed as beginning of Dec checked with TC for november washing that not carried out, keep getting the same reply that "special washing" being arranged for 3 block(89,90,91) thus schedule show for nov will not be carried out as planned and our block will be delay.

Reallly hope that TC will wash my level (<20) soon as since November till now still have not seen any washing done. Do think that every month pay CCS to Town Council :-( I have to do own washing as the floor area is getting more and more dirty as washing not done for 2 months already. The schedule on the notice board really mislead.

Oh that will be great if they really start washing. Have been waiting for the so-called "special washing" since November till now........

Hi all, FYI. Had conversation with Town Council beginning of Dec regarding November washing which is not carried out. Being told that they arranged for one off special block washing for 3 block (89-91) which will take longer time per block. That mean they will not follow the schedule until special washing is completed. Town Council mentioned that 4 Dec onward, they will start washing bllk 91, 40flr down So called special washing refer to one of them will be mopping the floor tiles with special chemical to remove the stubborn stains and cement left behind by Reno work etc. Another one will be using the high pressure water jet to wash the area etc. Unfortunately still have not seen any of the so called "special washing" carried out :-( Hi, Need some feedback from those using SCV maxonline broadband. Do you get satisfactory fast access?

Feedback to our Town Council.

Nice to see most of you have moved in. Do any one of you experience inconsiderate unit above hang out wet clothes and cause stain on your clothes? Advise how to handle if there is such neighbour like this? Personally experience and now dare not hang out my clothes :-( Also dare not approach them as the couple quite unfriendly and most of time can hear them quarrel ( look like late 30s )
