    Care to share how do we define a "maintenance free" hood? This hood doesn't need to replace any filters etc? Juz need to wipe clean? I'm also gonna get a chimney hood (becoz looks good), but hates the idea of cleaning and having the need to replace consumables

    hi Vicx, after having installed the timber blinds for abt 5 mths... Do u face problems with cleaning in or dirty and dust accumulated on it thus giving u headache? I love the look of it.... But slightly worried abt the maintenance portion...

    hey bro... i dont tink you need to wory abt the dust thing... i dont remember seeing any Fox or Hush Puppies staff feather dusting their brick walls....furthermore, the added advantage abt brick wall is that u dont need to paint it.... bagus rite~~

    harocarlos, may i know if ur contractor applied any sealant or any coat of something over the cement screed wall? I've been asking around, and most people does. I personally dont feel like applying anything cos i like the light grey unfinished look (just like the picture u posted with the "Welcome Home") If yours is applied with any sealant at all, can let me know what type of sealant helps u retain that effect? thank you so much
