was it in shiet condition when u got it back ? tell agent you will be asking 3 cleaning company to quote the jobs required to reinstate to original condition, which you will be deducting from their deposit... this is the norm, and if your gonna rent it out again, don't bother doing anything extensive. just on air con full blast and on all the lights on the day of the viewing, GOOD LUCK.

not necessarily bad. not every day of 7th month is bad.. For some it might be good depending on the bazi of you and your spouse. like they say don't move or buy house during tiger year or something, no such thing. if its bad for someone, its definitely good for someone else..

Looks interesting.. I too have a ju bao pen at home and was given to me by my colleague during house warming. Think of it now, maybe it was not blessed but double up as an ornament.. Wonder how effective is effective since they say fengshui is symbolic? Seems like whether a item is blessed or not makes a difference. Maybe I shall hunt for a new one soon

Hello all, Am going to share my experience with my 1st meeting with Bliss. I have been looking around for contractors for my current resale 4 room old flat. It was a good 6 - 7 years ago that my parents bought and we stayed together. Dad passed away and stayed with mom. Now that i am getting married and my wife is a foreigner, we going to have to touch up my room and my bath room so that we can stay here for a good 2 - 5 years before she becomes PR and then we can apply for BTO. (Otherwise, property market must plummet for me to buy a private one). I met up with Jason and he is the director of Bliss at the showroom, was looking for the shop and finally found it above the coffee house. Was quite impressed by the size of the showroom because most of the showrooms i have seen are quite small. Jason background was with a big firm and now starting out on his own. Because my project is small, i am justing hoping for a decent service, not high expectations, meet my budget and requirements can liao. To my surprise! Owner was so kind and patient with me! I have plenty of excellent advices on how to spruce up my room and my bathroom so that it gives my fiancee a brand new feeling at a affordable budget! After drawing up these 2 diagrams, i asked politely if i can return 1 month later with my fiancee to speak to him again. So nice of him to reassure me that he will help me find the best design for my fiancee - really makes me "fang xin" Here are the 2 designs, (after several rounds of email, wow, he is so nice to alter them after seeing my rooms and taking photos) Going to meet him again coming holiday weekend when my fiancee flies in! Any suggestions on how is this design, we go for practicality and simple design (my fiancee allow my PC to be in the room hehe) So far, thumbs up on the service and pricing (checked online, offline, friends and relatives, very reasonable) - of course, i emphasize no hidden cost!
