Hi, My advice.....don't tell the exact amount of your budget to the contractor. Keep some and it will be used up eventually.....coz sure have variations throught out the renovation process.....

Do you wanna check with my kitchen cabinet carpenter? Is a Old "Shi Fu" going to retired soon, he is doing for my kitchen cabinet next week. I engaged diff people doing diff area....no sole contractor...my bedroom door been charged $118...by window supplier....they charge me $380 for main door....no $$$ liao so...hold first. My main door & gate really koyak one

Huh....any type....standard 3 rm HDB flat, 3ft or 4ft? No need fire rated type coz my unit far away from the lift. so dun need. almost finish all our saving for reno, so looking for "used main door & gate".....hope to get it free or cheap price.....seems like impossible

sure....but then hor....warn you first....this guy talk alot one, you can listen to what he suggest but not necessary to follow , must firm with what you want hor(don't tell him that i say these )....overall he is ok...he has other contact like electrical wiring and cabinet....i use the electrical wiring guy that he recommend.Actually the plastering also done by his friend one....I think he specialised in partition and false ceiling... he is Sam Lee 97433314. If he asked who recommend, just say by Ms Awyang blk 406 Tampines which he is doing now.....

their work should be quite good coz i have other contractor visit my place after they did the plastering. The contractor said the surface very smooth, the material they use must be very fine.....i didn't get one contractor to do everything but individual who expert in the areas....alot of coordination work tho.. sms me if i don't reply you coz i won't always online

I just done the plastering for my 4 walls in living and 2 bedroom for my 3rm flat (coz previous was rock stone), cost me SGD 900. They are plastering specialist not contractor.sms me if u interested 94750665

For those have done their window installation; May i know your window installed with push lock? My contractor wanna charge me extra for that. Your advice please
