Yup, in fact the min height were not met by the previous owner. Fan claimed by my friend.

Previous owner Ikea Kitchen Cabinet.... HACK! the only thing in the hse that i am keeping is the timber strip flooring for the hall & rooms. the rest will have to go! I HATE CEILING FANS...gives me the headaches. throw as well.

Well, having talked to 3 ID and 1 contractor (my friend's relative). 1) ID 1---min 45K 2) ID 2---min 30K 3) ID 3---min 30K 4) contractor--min 27K. After much condisderable, i finally decided on ID3. well, the reason was ease of communication and 2nd ly it kind of fits my budget without sacrifiyng much of what I wanted for my reno. From this short listing process, I reckoned the profit margin for any 1 particular reno project is between 25% to 40%. (My gut feel as a seasoned contract/proposal reviewer in my job)..........my 2 cents.......

After a few months of waiting finally got my key on 2nd sept. Reading all the blogs here had been an addiction and helpful to me reno process. After mass emailing id thru the website,was bombarded with emails and calls for 4 days. Advise to new home owners, click the id you are interested in. Save you alot of time answering to enquiries.

The placing of any items or object in the house is dependent of one'S 5 FORM OR 8 GUA. If u have paid for fsm then he should show u the circle with all sectors plotted out based on your unique calculation. And based on these sectors u place your object, FS is for the rich who can follow every redicules recommendations. My 2 cents if you can't compile to them, dont even start to talk FS. FS typically will contradict basic ID concepts, so beware before you begin with the path of no return. after following FS for 20 yrs, my only advise is do whatever that will make u feel good nd be positive.
