    Hi Freb, From my understanding if we opt out of hdb tiles, they will provide screeding if requested. Is there any article on hdb website that said hdb will not be providing cement screeding?

    Wow...this wall look fantastic! What kind of tape did you use? I have tried using masking tape. The paint either seep under the tape or peel off together with the tape.

Hi clownprince's wife, Is there any reasons why your air-cons are placed in the middle of the room? I feel that if the air-cons are placed on top of the doors, it will cut down the trunking route and aesthetically look better with less trunking running around.

    Hi clownprince, We are small ppl too! I suggested to hack the wall to use abit of space from the other room for the wardrobe. But my wife is against it. So no choice, need to stare at the floor plan and think of something. We definitely need a lot of space to hang our clothes. My idea is to have a U shape wardrobe with the part nearer to the bed at half height. On one hand is to allow natural light in to the wardrobe and the other, (hopefully) it will not make the room look small.

    Nice DIY lights! Will follow your t-blog to see how your master bedroom turn out. I am planning for a U shape wardrobe in the master bedroom too. But I'm afraid it will make the small room even smaller.
