Hi all. I need your help to confirm this. Most of the quotation quoted the haulage fee from SGD 350-500 for my 3-room resale flat. Hwr, there's one man in City Design at IMM told me that actually this is done by the Town Council or HDB branch and this is very cheap. This is for resale flat only. Have any one heard about this? I'm also looking for renovator and contacted Mr Ken at Clementi branch. He is recommended by my agent. He's quite a nice guy, spend time talking and listening to us. Their quotation is quite ok but the materials that they quote is cheaper than others IDs (tiled, laminate, etc). That's why. I think it's most important to find out which material is quoted. But it's up to your budget, sometime we don't want to pay to much for expensive material.
