    Tried to engage Mr Yeak to renovate my new apartment but was declined as he doesn't take private projects, only HDB units. Reason being management restrictions on renovation timings and permits. Take note private property owners.

    Hi Rachel, Like to check with you the workmanship upon receiving the unit. Was there a lot of defects that needed rectification? Heard of a lot of problem with Hoi Hup Sunway projects. First glance I see yours isn't too bad although I noticed is few defect markers you've pasted on the kitchen cabinets. Hope they've bucked up and improved on quality after the complaints for Peak and Vacanza. My new place is by them as well and will TOP soon also.

Did so with Peeka and 65daigou seems Peeka is cheaper by about SGD$50. Factor in agent fee are they comparable? For such items, which agent would you recommend?

    Hi OceanEleven, thank you for your explanation but the bunk beds' dimension when fully assembled is 2.06m x 1.28m x 1.68m. Not really sure how its packed volume can be compressed into 0.4m3 as I can see parts that are much bigger. Appreciate if you can elaborate further if possible.

    Hi xiaohuiis, The item is a bunk bed and the estimate weight is 180kg. Volumetric weight is based on assembled dimension is 740kg. I'm assuming its packaging volume is 0.4 * 740 = 296kg. Just need to confirm before placing order.
