Hi Friendssssssss I just completed my house renovation by Home concepts Very satisfied with Mr Chia and his team work.He stop his worker from laying and get back to us when he found that the materials use is not we choose and change whole lot of homogeneous tiles from the suppliers.My wife change the colour and design for my master bedroom,yet the schedule still in time for hand over.Due to their busy schedule renovate their office,he still supervise the work for my project.很难得。 Overall,we were very happy with his service and professional work. Our rating for him is 9.999 out of 10.Their friendly patiently attitudes of workdone is appreciated.I highly recommend their service to every one.装修好了，钱还了。很开心。

Hi Justin I take up their package for whole house resale @ $23888.I think they run by per sqm or per sqft For laminate at bedroom should be ok.

Hi Friend When laying homogeneous tiles 600 x 600mm on flooring **** hall my designer found that the tile they lay is not we choose at the suppliers show room. He stop his worker and feed back to me.After I went down he remove 10 pcs and return all to the suppliers and change a new lot at about 900 sqft.Very happy to see a responsible guy.My 2 bathroom and kitchen tiles already finish laying.quite nice . Tiling works were complete this week,so next were be electrical works and ceiling works. Feel nice to talk to Mr Chia and his in-house designer. My house is still in process and feel that they are doing well and responsible.I recommend my sister new condo to him.

Hello Justin 谢谢你.Before went to their Show room I already get a few quote from other Design firm.Feel that Mr Chia can tell us what I need and what I can save $$$.We ready like the way he talk to us,so we sign up with him on the spot.Pay him deposit and the contract he will prepared and sign this weekend.祝你好运。

walk-in to their showroom and was serve by Mr Chia. Talk for about 2 hrs.My hubby and I feel that he is very 老 鸟 and many idea compare to other ID.He can tell us what we need for renovation,so I sign up with him for Resale package @ $23888 plus additional item @ $12500.Pay him 2K for deposit.He told us that will bring us to choose floor tiles and wall tiles this weekend and also 3D drawing for carpentry works will also be readly for this weekend.Any one use him before.We did not compare their quote with other.HOPE 我 们 的 选 择 是 对 的。
