Hi I have a good friend who used them as they gave the lowest quote. To their dismay, they found that the workers were hardly there at the site, the work dragged on as a result, and the workmanship was pretty dismal. Apparently they engage newly graduated engineers who do not have that much experience which is how they can afford to quote low fees. These engineers apparently are free lance so they don't have an office. Just be a bit careful and check for yourself. I hope all is going well with your work.
