Are you referring to Starmex? I wanted to install the 5 ticks starmex and was advised 2 ticks is good enough. Regardless, I insisted on 5 ticks and was then told it is out of stock. I checked with Mitsubishi and true enough, new stocks are expected in October. Another supplier told me their current 5 ticks have technical issues. Mitsubishi refused to acknowledge and they also cannot explain why they ran out of 5 ticks. So far, all the starmex distributors I visited tell me to install 2 ticks whenever I say I want 5 ticks.
