Thanks for the link. The furniture looks good! Have you bought anything from them? -
I’m also thinking of ordering some stuff. If my ID says the designs are suitable, I’ll go ahead.

I saw some at Molecule (Great World City) today.

Saw some nice stuff at navinzi. Are the sofa really quality?

Their items are lovely! Would like to hear from those who bought from them. They operate online only and I hope it's reliable.

We visited Bellari showroom recently and are quite impressed. Intend to get the gourmet hob, hood, the professional series sink and the kitchen tap & soap dispenser. About the glass hob, the saleslady said if you break 10 times, they will replace 10 times. Actually we also like Rinnai hob but was told by Asia Excel salesperson that although it has lifetime warranty printed on the glass, Rinnai will only change 1x : (

Hi all, Anyone has used SHARP and LG fridges before? We are narrowing down to these 2 brands. Thanks.

Hi crimsonred, did you actually get Bosch HBA23B550J? The Harvey Norman guy told me that this model is not on display yet. It's retailing at $1299 at Harvey. Where did you buy yours? After discussions with my hubby, we won't be going for Electrolux. We intend to get Bosch HBA56B550A which has more grilling/cooking functions. He intends to have more oven cooking at home in the future.

Thanks for posting this very helpful article! -
Hi all I was introduced to an Electrolux oven at Harvey Norman at $1299 . Original price was $3915. The reason for this huge discount was that they have too many stocks on hand. Some of the features: - electronic control with LED display - digital interactive cooking & timer programmer - 10 cooking programmes - 52 litres - cool door and removable - clean enamel interior - ultra fan plus with hot air - pyrolytic self-cleaning - turbo grill - low temperature cooking - fast heat-up - variable infra-red grill function This model is fully electronic (temperature, timer), so I worry if one component spoil, i can't use the whole oven. Can anyone help me evaluate if this is a good buy? Many thanks!

Hi Felix Do all FS masters give computer print-outs of the floorplan after the audit? Actually you are 100% right, he just draw on the floorplan we gave him He did ask for our birthdates. But since he did say he doesn't know bazi-reading, I'm not sure why he asked for that and how he fits it into his FS audit. Anyone might know why a FS master would ask for birthdates if he doesn't read bazi? In his case of not knowing bazi-reading at all, I also don't understand how can he accurately identify my hubby and my success/wealth/relationships/health areas? Unless those are just basic key areas suitable for any male and female in general? Correct me if I'm wrong. In my mind, I also did a little comparison between him and Master Chang of fengshuiyinyang.com. I've emailed Master Chang before and he said he typically spends about 4 hours for a FS audit (if done on a weekday). But this guy here spends only about an hour or so. That's quite a lot of difference. I know it may not be fair to compare this way but to me, it's just too much a difference in time spent. Yah, we'll definitely call him and ask more.

Bathroom Mirror Facing The Bathroom Door
satinchris replied to HomeMaster's topic in Geomancy/Fengshui
Our ID suggested placing a dresser table with mirror in front of the MBR toilet. This means the mirror directly faces the toilet door. The FS master we consulted says it’s a no-no. I think it activates the toilet qi, or something to that meaning. -
Dear all, I would like to know if FS is effective/accurate without bazi reading. My understanding is that with both components read together will get the best results. Do most FS masters know bazi-reading and when they do FS audit, do they also combine with bazi-reading? We have just consulted 1 FS master and he doesn't know bazi-reading at all. We paid $388 for strictly FS audit only. IIRC, he only spent about an hour or so with us. Overall, results of the audit is that our unit has got rather good FS. As such, I don't know if he's not good enough, therefore doesn't have a lot to tell us, or that our unit is really so good that there is nothing much to say. The things that he covered are highlighting our success/wealth/relationship/health areas, and suggestions to place water feature, plants and lamps to activate those areas. Nothing was mentioned about colours we should use/avoid, move in or reno dates, etc. So I'm wondering if we are missing out on a lot. It could also be our fault that we weren't well prepared and don't know what to ask when he did the audit. Therefore we now have to call him to clear our doubts. He has mentioned before that if we have questions, we can always call him anytime. Any advice? Thanks!

Hi all, An ID has quoted us on curtain pelmet. What exactly is it, and is this necessary? It sounds like something ancient and no one is having it anymore. Thanks!

Hi Rasp It seems like you have a very good job done by your contractor. We just bought a unit that also has exactly the same marble flooring as yours. Many IDs were telling us that if we wanna hack walls and yet keep the marble flooring, they can't guarantee that the marble floor won't be damaged. They also can't guarantee finding back the same marble tiles to replace the damaged ones. But seeing yours gives me confidence to keep our marble flooring. I suppose your contractor didn't have a hard time looking for those marble tiles right? Also, what is the reason for having a base for the pipes? Thanks.

hi kcsek, how's the workmanship at your place so far? any complaints? so far, earnest interiors and fuse concept have given us the lowest quotes so personally, i'm thinking to compare just the 2 of them at a more in-depth level. -

I called and tried to make appt and was asked to fill in a customer profile form which Derrick sent me via email. I completed, emailed back and also asked for a good time to meet up. But I never ever hear from them again. -
I like your gate! Simple and uncomplicated.

Hi payretep Very nice house! I'm not into country theme too but this is really good. How is Loyd's workmanship? I went through his blog and I like his works a lot. I assume he's some sort of a freelancer but has his own team of contractor?
