Hi Mysticalrubies, FYI. Those people buy under SERS are able to sell their flats this coming Jul. I have already checked with HDB. The owner is able to sell their flats under 2 conditions. i) 7 yrs after flat selection or ii) 5 yrs after key collection. For my case, I selected my unit in Jul 2004 and therefore I'm able to sell it in Jul this yr. I think that's the reason why the agent is so free to bring you to see the flat. Hehe. For those who got their flat under balloting, I think the earliest they can sell is 2013. As mentioned by jaCKY777, if you select a flat facing south, you will be able to see fire works every year. Hi Tension_z, I think it's around that price. I'm quote $1.7k for the 8 ft for the feature wall but it comes with shoe cabinet as well as storage at the top. So if your feature wall doesn't include the cabinet then I think it might be a bit expensive. The rest of the kakis here also getting this range. Important thing is that try to have stoarge included for this amount of money you spend.

Hi all Blk E, My OIC called me in the morn... She say our keys will be ready soon... they are conducting final inspection now... We'll be expecting the loan application letters this month... Then key collection will be maybe next month... Great!!.....I actually went to blk C and E last Sat. Manage to get into Blk E. The lift for Blk E only served up to 21 storey and I'm too lazy to climb to storey 26 which I will be staying in future. However, it is quite windy even during daytime. So those who want to install air-con in the living room might want to re-consider. Maybe can hold it and see whether there is a need in future cos there is a hugh jump in price between system 3 and 4.

Hi Mapleleaf, We are in the same boat. I have not received any letter from them too. From what I see from the flats, blk E should be ready soon. I saw those units in blk A and B are still working on. So hopefully all of us can get the keys ASAP.

Hi yingsan, From what I see, I think that the reno cost is quite resonable since you include quite a number of carpentry in your living room. Is you house a 5room? Cos I dun think you can include those dividers etc. At first I also think of divider but end up remove it cos budget contrainst and no space. Think that it's still quite low because there is a 25 storey flat beside blk 177. Might just block my view when there is fireworks near marina.
