There are cracks in my wall(solid wall) not partition wall 1 year after renovation anyone know what could be the cause? Cos I don't want to redo the wall but I don't know if there will be any problems later on as currently it is not causing me any problems

Hi have question I am looking at a 1 bedder condo however, I would like to knock down the wall of the bedroom(next door is toilet) and construct a new wall inwards to make the room bigger. As this will affect the pipeline of the basin, just wondering possible to relay the basin pipeline? Anyone done before?
