    i think it may be intentional. My aircon is not installed yet, but my contractor already warned me that the drainage will be close to the floor trap. To open it, i will need to push back the pipe. can you take a picture of the drainage pipe at the floor trap ?

    mine is also $120 per point. Although i got another quotation that quoted $60 per point (but the other items are quite high, so did not go with it) data points are going to be a killer for me. I am planning 11 points. either i have to rob a bank or cut down on those points

    I approached a few contractors to remove the films. not all will do the job. the price is around $150 for 8 panes of windows. hope that helps

    don't feel too stressed. try to keep on top of things and understand what are absolutely necessary to you based on your lifestyle. Other's opinion (including this post) is for your reference only. try to enjoy the journey (esp since so much money are spent) cheers

    whoa ! if too many defects, just use the masking tape to mark out areas with NO DEFECT and tell BSC that everything else needs to be remedied
