Gd day to all. Some quries i hope some1 can help here. I am looking to paint 1 of my wall with chalkboard paint or matt black paint. However 1stly for chalkboard paint is e maint for it easy? Does it really erase it cleanly after u write? 2nd for matt black paint, i was told by my id tt matt black paint get dirty with white spot easily. He also say matt black painted wall will turn white patches as times go by. Any1 can help verify this? Thx all
