Get a few IDs to compare. I got a few quotes before I decided on mine. In the end I didn't choose the cheapest quote because I wanted better finishes/coloured interior PVC etc amongst other things. Can always bargain, mine was recommended by my friend who had her Hse renovate by the same guy. GST-free. PM me if u are interested.

Just completed Reno at my unit at waterbank. Got my ID recommended from a Fren, who renovated her 3 room flat x2. Happy with the workmanship n he managed to deliver within 2-3 wks. I needed to move in asap. Andrew fr designer guys ID firm. I did a check on him on renotalk just to be safe! Haha.

just completed my reno with designer guy. Andrew is the boss. impressed with the outcome... my unit is a 1+study, he converted most of the unused space into storage & practical areas... like concealed dining table in the kitchen, additional display shelves in the bathroom & adequate storage in the tiny study room whilst still allowing a bed to be fitted in. my unit is only 624 sft so v happy with the outcome! His price is reasonable because he uses better quality items.

finally the project TOP... got keys 2 wks ago & renovation is under way... ID selection process: went to speak to various ID firms... * interior, linewerkz, one design werkz, ciseern etc etc... then i came across designer guy which was recommended by fellow renotalkers... after viewing my fren's house which was done by Andrew (designer guy), decided to pick him even tho his price was not the cheapest... * interior had the best price but i felt that ID i spoke to lacked experience & practicality in terms of his design... Andrew was prob the 2nd or 3rd cheapest in terms of price... mine is a 1 + study unit... the study room was a tad tiny but today when i saw the final outcome, i was pleasantly surprised... it did look much more spacious with the carpentry in place... before... ">http:// the interior of the cabinets are made of laminate... instead of the typical white PVC or coloured PVC... chose a galaxy glittery laminate for the exterior, complemented by wood grain interior laminate...
