Thank you, Air! We've been looking ard in the last 2 mths but none was sastifactorily either in terms of price quote or services, that's why we are still hunting. I see all the reno done by Benedict... so nice. Not sure with our budget, can we achieve that.

Oh I have to admit that Im impressed with his attitude. With his busy schedule, I thought he'll forget to revert back to me. But surprisingly, he called me back today. I'm v particular about services and follow ups. Most sales ppl that I come across with, they either forget to call you back, get back to you etc Benedict sounds pretty humble over the phone too. Which is another plus point for me. Previously I met another ID and he went on and on raving how good his company is, condemning other IDs. Immediately, I switched off. If he's that good, he wouldnt be canvassing for sales already. Now its still too early for me to say too much abt Benedict. Perhaps after meeting him and if we are going ahead our reno with him, then I can say more. Thanks to all the great peeps here who's engaged Benedict and shared the reviews here.

Bf bought me the proposal ring. So when selecting the wedding bands, we both agreed on something simple but yet unique in design. N I felt that since he already bought me a DR that I like, I gave in and let him choose the wedding band he likes. Chances of him buying rings in future is minimal, whereas gals buy jewellery or rings more often and plus I have the DR so I'd rather he have a wedding band he likes. I paid for his wedding band and he paid for mine. For me, I thought that should be the way because we are exchanging vows and rings so the costs should be born just by him.

Its best for couples to be frank with each other on their pay. Money is evil and is mostly the root of quarrels for marriages. Hence, this must be handled well right from the start even b4 marriage starts. Planning a household is not about you or me but about US. How long can one keep his/her salary under wraps? Sure to let the cat out of the bag one day right?

It has been agreed that we will let the seller stay for another week or so after the 2nd appt since their new place is not ready. Besides the utility bills that they have to bear in their extended stay, what are the things that we have to look out for and ensure that they abide to it?

DUH! How come like that? So no manners. Reflect very badly on her own parents... never teach her well! The pills are an alternative to the tensedup drinks but its not as effective. I tried the drinks for a period and notice that the skin is more supple and firm. But after I stop, the effect also stop. too expensive to maintain.

This show is v good n funny. Mummy says we settling down liao so both of us must watch! I like the part about men and women having daily talking quota. I point back to my mummy and say she'll meet her quota only when we return fr work everyday cos when I'm home after work, she'll 'di di da da' non stop.
