The reno is almost about to end. But thought it would be nice to document it! We bought a 3 bed + study and decided to renovate it. We started meeting ID firms around May-June, and finally decided on one. Reno start date- 24th July.

Arranged an appointment with an ID there after the manager Alex called multiple times. Went down and had a two and half hour discussion, after that there was no quote given by the ID, even after sending a reminder. God knows why they want to meet people when they are not able to take things forward. Thoroughly unprofessional.

Hi Members, Need your advise to select a good contractor/ID for renovating our condo. We will do a fair bit of renovation, but not looking at anything too fanciful. We are looking at someone who will advise us on selection of materials etc. We wish to employ someone with at least a bit of reference. Any suggestions welcome. Thanks in advance.
