Yup! Hope it won't be too late in the evening by then..they have so much stuff to move that they need the movers to do 3 journeys! They removed most of the lights...so if it's too late won't be able to see anything also..

Is it? FS rule that dark toilets no good? Just so happen the toilet is in my house's wealth position...so no good lor..must he say must keep it bright and clean to retain wealth! Think cannot leh..too uneven already.. I want to see also! He said the same about my kitchen too..advised us not to use blue or black..avoid buying black stove too.. Getting my keys on Sunday!

Think 7th month also no good for hacking leh..my parents asked me to finish all the hacking before 7th month.. It's a HDB ruling i think...i just received the reno permit they sent...only 3 days for hacking works..

Yeah lor...but there's a time frame to finish all the wet works right? Hacking can only take place for 3 days..and all the tilings must be completed by end Aug leh..I've not even chosen any tiles or seen any designs! The reno loan take so long to process! It's finally processed today..but will only receive the bank drafts in another few days..

Sigh...my approved reno loan is much lower than what's in my quotation...tragic..don't want to fork up too much cash 'cos still need to buy furnishings, lightings and toilet fittings... If really no choice than have to see what else I can cut down on...now waiting for ID to come up with a drawing so I can show my FSM... Everything seems so rushed! Supposed to start reno on 6/8...but nothing's done yet! Have to start before the lunar 7th month...otherwise have to wait so long! And I'm going Perth for a work trip for 2 weeks from 17/8...won't be able to check on the reno progress!

They are removing everything...so I'll be left with an empty house..

Signed agreement to let them stay when we signed the OTP..wasn't in a hurry to move it then..so have to honour our agreement lor..hope they'll clear up everything when they move out this Sun!! Will take more pictures of the empty house then!

Hahah...yeah lor..now I also scratching head..don't know what to do with it..bought the house purely for its location! Hopefully my ID can do something about it! They are still living there, they requested to stay for another 1 1/2 months..most prob they simply bo chap anymore! Just went to take a look on Sat..looks like a war zone! The whole house looks really dark..since they wall-papered every inch of the house..we still prefer everything to be bright and white!

Those are slate tiles with uneven surfaces..but it traps dirt easily though..the 1st time I saw the house, it looks really new and good..but a few months after I exercised the OTP..can see algae around the corners!! Can't imagine how often I've to clean the toilet!! Can spray-paint the jacuzzi?!?
