Yup! They said i can get a better price if i buy the whole set..which i did.. Hmm...was thinking of using it for those items which can be paid via 0% installments..at least can spread the payments over a longer period of time..won't feel too much pinch also..especially for the mattress..think will opt for the 24/36 months installment.. Saw a few furnishing loans..but interest quite high also..maybe just spend on the necessary..the rest can wait lor..think not enough $ to do up my study room.. have to wait till end-of-year bonus..

Somehow they managed to get someone to 'cement' the bamboo pole holders onto the wall..

Don't like the hassle leh..rather do it one shot then move in happily...cannot imagine living in the house when the reno is taking place! There will be so much dust!

It's right above my rubbish chute..it's locked and the previous owner have no key to it...considering there's no one living above me, is that to 'service' the rubbish chute??! They hid it behind a really old chinese calligraphy painting!

The whole house windows are push/pull ones...but the kitchen ones can't be closed..somehow the windows are not aligned to the ledge...think it's crooked..

it looks exactly like normal HDB ones..will try to take a pic tomorrow if i pop by..it was soooo dark just now..

Too dark when i got the keys...so couldn't take any pictures today... Reno starting on 6/8...will most prob work through the 7th month then shift in after the 7th month.. Yupz! just came back from the house...still a few lights left..but in a few rooms are very dark.. Just realised a lot of windows' handles are spoilt...and the kitchen one cannot close properly..wonder if it can be fixed..

Same as normal ones lor...I see if i can take any pictures later...
