Yes absolutely true. Its very tiring going up and down meeting IDs or contractors just to make comparison on quotations and layouts. The best part, was those with those similar layout and materials yet estimated with 15-20% price differences. And I simply hate those pushy sales guys. They are just getting on my nerves. Lol...despite of that, i sincerely have no idea how to say NO to their pushy sales. But now, i kinda have a couple of ID in mind. One's a male the other a female. And by reading the above comments from all Reno shoppers, mostly recommended are females. Well, was it true that female IDs are reliable and good? I need more feedbacks. Appreciate it. But then, the female id gave me a better impression than the male.. How?? Help me & hubby pls..

Dear All, I am new in this forum. And am looking for an ID for my new resale apartment. Key collection another month and a half. I've heard afew reviews from forumers that NID is well recommended. Anyone care to share afew with me? How great is their ideas and price?
