U can ceiling mounted the gas piping but water piping can only flow downwards so the water got to be wall mounted.

Even if u on both, it will not exceed the 20amp. Sys 3 inverter uses ard 8amp. 24k sys 1 uses 9amp. Total < 20 amp. But its advisable to have 2 for safety reasons as not to overload the 2.5mm cables from the MCB.

U can try 1 wall mounted unit near the counter for spot cooling purposes.

Daikin has launched a sys 5 inverter system already...

18k btu fancoil can cool down ard 36 sqm. So i suggest 18k will be sufficient. 24k might be overkill, unless u want the area to be very cold...

There are HDB flats using inverter sys 4 on the 30amp limitation with no issues. Mit Electric inverter sys running amp is 8.5amp which may be just what you are looking for.

U need 2 power point for 2 nos of sys 3.

Mit Electric is like a Honda Jazz, agent warranty car. MHI is like Honda Fit, parallel imported. I feel like Mit Electric provides better after sales service, MHI is cheaper in terms of equipment pricing. This is from an aircon installer point of view.

I will suggest Panasonic (similar price range & value for $) instead of Euroace.
