Hi, is anyone able to share how their external corners are tiled? Do HDB now use a plastic or metal tubing at the corners? Like this: or or how is your tiling done at the corners esp bathrooms? TIA!

How about floor tiles that look like concrete? I've seen them before. Looks very nice, just like the real thing.

Need Advise. My house gets afternoon sun. By 7pm the entire walls are heated up. I can't store fruits and electrical stuffs in the cupboards against these walls, and I don't know what I can store in these cupboards. Anyone has any solutions about the heated up walls? Feel that my cupboards are wasting space now.

I understand the pain of comparing so many quotations. But sometimes, what you convey to the first ID is different from what you convey to the subsequent IDs, so end up everyone gives you different quotation and you think they are quoting the same job scope. How to go around this? I'm facing the same problem. Some ID or contractors can even give you a quotation based on floor plan alone. I find that absurd because everyone knows you need to visually see the unit to make an accurate quote. And what's the difference between ID and contractor?
