  1. I have received the Sofa yesterday. It is not exactly what I ordered but a mutually agreed one. Also I had to pay SGD 280 as delivery charges. But quality is acceptable. I can safely say that effort to settle the deliveries is genuine. To all genuine buyers: Please try to communicate directly with Kelvin and he will ensure your deliveries. I worked in my case! This is not a best situation to be in , but best solution under circumstances will be to get your sofa! For me, I am at peace now!
  2. Dear All I guess our intention is to resolve our issues and not to malign anyone's reputation. I would prefer to stick to my demand of delivery of sofa within specified and reasonable time ,failing which I would need a refund. There is a need for us to be fair to each other.

As far as my intentions, I have no grudges and no other interaction with you except invoice no.60273 ,amount SGD4000 delivery date 21st may 12 . My post would not have been there if you bothered to settle it or at least reply to my email. When I got no reply to email, I was forced to put same email on forum and fb in search of some response. And this is first time I have got a response which is to blame me( the customer) for asking question about delivery of a product for which I have already paid in full! Anyway It is good that at least you have admitted that you have problems. Can you be categorical in stating how you are planning to settle my case? Or going to small claims tribunal is the only option you can suggest!
  4. Hi Sofa is all I wanted too! however I have never experienced such a slimy company in my dealings over several countries. that too in Singapore! Nobody is forthcoming with replies.
  5. My name is Navendu Tomar , Phone no 98220248. I work for a ship management company and not a sofa company. Details given in my post including invoice number are all verifiable. And Sense art has Closed their McPherson outlet without any prior information to their customers is a fact. they have not even posted a relocation notice at the door of their showroom.

This is to bring to your kind notice that I ordered one full leather Lshape recliner sofa set (Model 2330, color Monza, IC000117) during exhibition at Expo on 28 April 13 for SGD 4000 with your company and paid the amount in full. Please refer to invoice no. 60273. Delivery date was 21st May13. However there was no information from your side until 21st May PM. When I called up,it was told that delivery could not be effected due to your internal problems and now delivery will be made Latest by 30th May. Again on 30th May 13 it was told that you have more problems and delivery will be on 13th June13,failing which you will refund full money with interest. You promised to send me an email in this regard latest by 1200hrs on 31st May13 confirming the understanding and delivery date . It is regrettable, however,that once again you have failed to fulfill your commitment. I have not received any email from you,nor any responsible person in your organisation is answering my calls. Your receptionist's promises of arranging call back have proved hollow again and again. Morever today when I went to the showroom at Mc person road,it was found empty and you say you are shifting. I must inform you that apart from causing agony and pain by failing to fulfill your commitment of delivery of sofa on multiple occasions, you have also caused me immense pain and trauma by not informing the events in timely manners and being evasive which has caused anxiety and fear in my mind with grave adverse effects on my well being. I request your answer to all above and your clear position regarding this matter.
