    I've purchase my resales flat 3 years back when the COV are at peak, after paying for the house I've left with not much $ for renovation. I only did some carpentry works & tiling overlay for toilet. Now my common bedroom and living hall tiles have pop up few pieces, and those kichten wall tiles also seems hollow when you knock on it. I've checked with some contractor , they need 2 months to re-reno my place But I've no place to go during this 2 mth... rental is so ex now... Any renovation company provide place to stay for re-renovation ??????

    ID always expensive de,, especially those big firm .My advise is go direct to what you need.... nowadays have lots of tilling & carpentry workshop have 3D drawing. but you have to corrdinate the time well. can save at least a few K.

    cabinet look direct carpentry, Toilet find direct wet work . this may save some cost. me all go direct but you have to arrange the date very carefully.

    Hi Leed , How much is the quote for your renovation ? I got a 35k quote from * though I already told them I only have 25K budget. I went to my friends office & saw a workshop next to it, she ask me to go n get quote from them. the same job from * but the quote oni 22.5k. Now i know those ID company all chop us with super sharp knife

    My friend have paid 65k for her reno 5rm flat done by * design, Terrible worksmanship , I've ask my friend who is a contractor to help her do those unfinish job cos contractor usually dont do small job like touch up. ., please dont go to this company if you need renovation work

    35k is more then enough to renovate your house but not those super cosy with bat tub toilet. so far my quote for rerenovating my resale 4rm flat most ex is toilet

    I did my kitchen cabinet,full length shoe cabinet & 3 wardrobe at carpentry workshop in kaki bukit. paid $6000.00 which is cheaper then what the designer have quote me @ $9000.00. Never go to designer for carpentry work
