Hi, I am getting my resale 4 room unit soon. The unit renovation was done 4 years ago, and the design was a little old fashioned. I paid quite a hefty sum for the COV, hence I would like to spend as minimum as possible to do up a feature wall and a shoes cabinet/divider in the living room. Below are the unit layout and picture of the living room. The living room's ceiling has cornices installed, which is considered out of fashion and difficult to match any design.
