Hi guys, I was wondering if 10K is enough for tiling of a 5-room flat and a kitchen cabinet? if i can get it within 10k for that two, then i will also extend my budget to erect a wall for the 4th room, which is the study room. i have got a few quotations, some of whom i did reveal my budget and some of whom i did not. However, there was one who quoted me about 13k for tiling, cabinet and the study room wall. is 13K too good to be true?
