It depends on the type of fabric you choose. Range between $5 to $11pst (I believe). For me, 3 bedrms, 1 living room (192 sqf) I choose between the range of $7.50 to $9.50 (All 4 rooms different kind), cost me about $1500. I saw your floorplan. Your windows are not as large as mine (read lesser $$) so I believe the cost will be much lower!

Hi Bengologist, We went thru an almost similar reno experience as you, as in my contractor delayed the handover by a week. We literally moved in while the carpentry was still going on! We had to. We need to hand over the previous house keys to the new owners. So we breathed, eat & dream saw dust, paint and whatever.... for a week. Not something I want to go thru again. I hope you get your handover on time!
