    I thot MDS have always known to be reliable and impeccable with services. I ordered 2 bifold doors from their Salesperson, Serene who promised can be delivered on Saturday so confidently when she came to do measurement on Wed. However, I wait whole day but no one came or called. Bloody pissed off, so I called her and she informed me, she make a mistake on delivery date and the doors can only be installed on Tuesday. Their Monday work schedules are fully packed. So unprofessional!!!! I have to take leave to accommodate to their mistakes!!

    Yeayy....Great to hear that~! As long as you're happy...the outcome of the reno will be smooth and beautiful! Anyway, quality workmanship doesn't come too cheap either... It's worth to pay a little bit more to put our worries away..hope to see ya new home photos soon~!

    Hi lordvader, Whose the contractor from SL design u dealing with? Can share...if u have tight timeline...I would suggest that you should go for Voila as they should be able to manage your reno works more efficiently to meet your given timeline. Anyway, most standard reno work usually takes ard 6-8weeks...
