Hi, Have been reading quite a bit here. Finally, in about a month time, will be collecting my new 3-room flat in Punggol . About 67m2 only. Just wanted to tap onto some advice here how much roughly should I put aside for reno if I am intending to do it minimally with all the basic stuff. Also any recommendation on contractors?
