  1. The right side of my house is practically wet. The walls on the 3rd & 2nd floor are wet, the 1st flr & 2nd flr ceiling are dripping water. We've got the roof guy to come mend our roof last week. We even got him to come back after he mend it coz the water seepage condition was not getting any better. He went into the 3rd flr false ceiling and declared it's completely dry thus concluded it's not the roof problem anymore. Other 'generalist' came and said it's probably not our air-con pipe problem coz from what he can see, the pippings are ok. So now he suspect our neighbour's pipe could be the issue (their house, adjorning wall also have water leaking out, but not their ceiling, so our hse condition seemed to be worse than theirs). But I'm quite sick of all these 'maybe'. I desparately need to find the source of this water as I have now 3 buckets laying all over the hse to catch the dripping water. Can anyone recommend me some contacts whom I can call? Preferably someone specialising in landed house wall/ceiling leakage. Thanks a million!
  2. considered & asked contractor before. they say becoz the slates are so far apart, they have to add slates in order to secure the temper glass panels. the cost is quite hefty too
  3. I'm seeking suggestion to what I can do & who I can hire to do up stainless steel staircase handrail for 1 flight of stairs. This is the flight of stairs without any handrail These are pictures of the handrail on other floors I would want to do something almost (if not exactly) the same to keep the same look throughout the house. Also, I have a 2 year old daugther and we find the current staircase railing very sparse and thus poses a danger of her slipping right through. Any suggestions what I can do to close up the gaps without sacrificing the look? Thanks alot!
