Thanks for the comments..yah that area used to be the balcony...but we decided to convert it to part of the dining area instead to make it appear larger...hehe was thinking of converting it into a cozy corner too..but decided to leave it empty to allow the house to look more spacious...for now maybe it can be my smoking corner lolz!

After 6 weeks of running around. ...stress and anxiety ...our home is 99 & completed...just some pics for all the reno brothers and sisters to view...will post more as time goes on..still waiting for my sound system to arrive cant wait!! My reno is done by fuse concept id:kelvin and steve...Kudos to them for a job well done!!

Hi sparrow my id is steve and kelvin..just a word of advice...the id can advise and design ..but ultimately the choice is yrs..u are the one gonna stay in the house so make sure u like it before u proceed...

The reno has began yesterday...keeping my fingers crossed..so far my final quote is about coming to 50k...haiz..my wife and me itchy backside...keep adding on items....hopefully everything will turn out fine..so stressed out lolz..

Mordaunt-short genie 2.B&W MT-20 3.Morel soundspot stream Mk11 4.Mission M-Cube 5.Anthony Gallo nucleus micro Ti.. I have a budget of 4K including amp and player, looking for satellite speaker systems similar to bose type but not so $$$ i humbly ask for advice from all the audio pros here..and hopefully some recommendations.. Please help..after walking in aldephi for 5 hrs today i already have a splitting headache on choices...

oh u think one is the senior is and the other is a junior, the theme for my place is modern, spacious look... now waiting for the 3d drawings to come out..cant wait hehe... of coz i also ask for discount already but i guess all this they already give allowances already..anyways feel their design and what they are giving me are value for money..hopefully someone here has used them before and can give me some input...but overall they give me a very professional feel from them..
