Regardless of the income level or unit size, i feel residents of blk 79 are all victims, if not possible ones. Those who have yet to be victimised, please be mentally prepared as i wasn't when 2 eggs fell on my car as i was driving out of the MSCP. the smell is still there along my car's rubber lining. By the way, I feel that the idea of electronic card access is a great idea. Perhaps can make it at the lobby level to restrict access to others such as Ah long, etc. If that is too expensive, i'm not sure if the $5 is a quote from a professional company, then at least CCTV can be installed at critical exits and entrances as deterence. What are the avenues of expressing our concerns to the MPs or GRC? We could explore that channel to make all our concerns and voices heard by the right people for the right actions to be done.

Just to check, is the standard height of shower screen 1.8m? cos mine was installed but i'm about 1.75m so i was thinking the water will splash over the shower screen. I was told by ID that i need to top up about $300+ to make it to 2m. Anyone faced this problem?

Anyone knows anything and in the meantime, which fengshui master (reasonable price) is recommended if i want to get the dates for moving in, an chuan and putting the stove. Thanks!!

Seems like gonna the gantries are gonna expand to causeway anytime to ease traffic lslandwide. !! But seriously, getting a flat in a neighbourhood town nearer to CBD, doesn't justify the gantry based on the price paid for the flat. Also on the limited entry and exit route to TPY, i believe this may be the possible problem for the "congestion". I'm my wife's driver and i bought TPY becos my wife worked along Braddell Road so that she can sleep longer. Imagine my shock about the new gantry. Let's say if 50% of current drivers sold their cars to take public transport, will there be human gantries at MRT, bus interchange, heavy human traffic pavement (Orchard Rd) to ease "traffic" in the future. (provided we keep the transport fares constant based on our renowed level of complaining) But i do hope that the TPY resident's vehicle's IU can be registered under TPY zone and can pass through the TPY gantry w/o any $$.

Maybe... when it is near to completion of the 5 buildings, then maybe can go in. Rest assured i'll be keeping my eye on a chance to sneak in... will let u know if successful...

eh.. i heard from some IDs that we can sneak into completed flats and check out the layout at level 2 during weekends. Think the workers are having their off days. But must bring hubby and big sized one.

Hi All....! Finally found a thread for TYP Blk 79. Thanks for the link posted at singaporebrides forum. BTW... I am one of your neighbours from Blk 79E.... Saw the photos... they were very well taken... Have anyone realise the size of the windows for level 38 seems to be smaller then the others.... anyone know why....? Any good, reliable ID to recommend for a 75 sq m? Was thinking.... what would be a reasonable price to do up a flat of this SIZE? Seems like those reno package are charging by the number of rooms rather then size. Like that abit "loo gee...."
