  4. I'm asking cause we have ours done last month, all 3 toilets, sewage pipe, main door, electric load. You can check with your area RC or HDB, if there are plan for this you might want to wait. Just sharing my thought. Cheers
  5. Hi Zihui, did you check with HDB is your block will be under up grading soon? you estate is under Yue Wah if I'm correct, this might save you some cost.

  7. mine look exactly like Z3phy, the theory is that before install these lock, one is able to lift the sliding windows and push it upwards and it will be able to remove. With these lock, the panel are hold together and it make it difficult to lift them.
  8. Some guys came to my place before about 1 years ago and it was almost 10pm. They were talking outside the corridor and i can see their shadow on my window, though it was my neighbour seconds later began to see their hand moving around the edge of my window. I opened the door and they say: Hello sir, can I show you, your windows and grills are not safe and it can be open with just a screw driver. They were so pro, lift the sliding windows and the grill in sec with a screw driver. We were stunt and he say he can provide solution with a lock install on the windows. We make them do 1 lock to show for proof and it work. They did a total of 8 locks and cost $350, we did it because our is a corridor units and to have a better sleep at night.

    Hi bsg, congratz on getting your dream home. Some agents are really yaya and they like to boss around, but I don't let them after all the money is in my pocket. They will do all kinds of tricks to closed the deal, anyway this part already over and wish you good luck and happy staying in new home. Cheers.

  17. Hi all, interesting place to read all the guru ideas and points. Brought my EM 3 years ago without renovating it, only new paint work. Next month going to have up-grading for 3 toilets (one common. one master room and one in kitchen), changing of pipes, main door and gate. Cheers.
