  6. Thanks for highlighting. Used to be the ID ppl. Now stranger.
  7. My wife told me about students from nearby school using the stairway to do their "PE" thingy last week morning. Yes, the 3rd lift (bigger cabin) serving 1st-21st floor for Blk 91 is retarded. Die die have to wait until the delaying alarm to activate in order to get the door shut. In fact, pressing the door close button for all lifts also delay most of the time. LCD info panel in some lifts are corrupted. So irritating Am trying to do somethings until the forum starts the discussion here.
  8. Let's develop a better environment & healthy standard of living here. I heard over the radio 97.2 on establishing good neighbour relationship. I missed the days where I knew almost 80% of my blk occupants. Now with point blk, at least get to know someone beside, above & below you.
  9. One more question about Citygas gas heater installation. Does it come with valve? Or need to pay extra for it? not too sure, got to ask around remember your ID still need to connect water pipe to the kitchen tap etc... So he still need to charge you something. Citygas only fix up the heater from main base to the heater only but can help to relocate the pipe. Please get ur ID down to direct the piping linkage in case blocking any cabinate etc.
  10. 1. The ID charges $120 for installing water storage heater. Expensive? We intend to get a free gas water heater from Citygas. Will Citygas charge less for the installation? Citygas does it at $80 (piping & install+free heater), ask your ID to save the trouble. 2. Where to buy a nice and big top cabinet (will install above bathroom sink)? The ID quotes $900 for a 4-5 ft top cabinet with sliding mirror. Expensive? thought our toilet is small. u can consider ikea mix & match
