  1. Guys, Anybody here can advise and list down all payable fees for buying a HDB resale flat, eg. agent's fee, lawyer's fee, hdb this and that fee, etc etc. Thanks! Cheers, Vibranze
  2. hello hello, any bros here stay at blk 127 or blk 331? any comments? thanks. cheers, vibranze
  3. @AMK Bros, Need your opinion here, do you guys think 50K above value is worth for AMK unit? Thanks. Cheers, Vibranze
  4. Hi, Is it good if the unit facing the greenery? The unit is on 5th floor and the main window/entrance is facing a greenery. Masters here please advise. Thanks. http://www.streetdirectory.com/asia_travel...vel_site_72444/ Cheers, Vibranze
  5. @knitez, And how is he/she doing? Fine/Bad/So-so? @MaCe, Yeah, I also want to know why please:) Happy new year 2008 to all of you! Cheers, V
  6. Guys, Need advice from you guys, what is the preferable area to purchase HDB resale flat that is close to Alexandra Point? Bukit Merah, Telok Blangah, Harbour Front, Tiong Bahru? Which one is nearer, good and bad, and what is roughly their building age and valuation? Thanks a lot! Cheers, Vibranze
  7. Guys, How about the above image, is it advisable to buy the unit in blk 278? Blk 278 is unblocked and facing a school, is it ok? I feel it is quite far because of other block in front but still I can see the school.:-) Cheers, V
  8. @mscorby, Yes, i forgot to mentioned temple as well, basically i will try to avoid the unit that have direct facing to worship place, scholl/uni/poly, CC, Libs, Malls? Cheers, V
  9. @Phoenix, I also think that staying top floor is not so good, when it is hot it will be very hot and vice versa. I also scared if at night, hear some banging/knocking sound from the rooftop, hehe. I don't have the picture with MRT track, I believe it's quite far but I can see it clearly, you can check blk 275 tampines in streetdirectory.com so you have an idea. @MaCe, I also think of no school/church/mosque/mrt track facing as a requirements, but sometimes it can't be perfect. This unit is really well renovated but again got school infront and mrt track behind, haiz, touda! Cheers, V
  10. Hi MaCe, Did you mean it's not good to have a view of school or mrt tracks even they are lower than the unit, either from living room window or kitchen window? Is there any workarounds to divert it if let's say I want the unit? I saw other unit hang the patkwa mirror on the living room window:) And btw, is it good to have a cooking place (eg. facing west) that facing same direction as main entrance (eg. also facing west)? Thanks. Cheers, V
  11. Guys, I attached again another picture and please advise if it is good. The unit is on the top floor (12th), what is the good and bad of staying at top floor unit? The picture I took from the window (main door and window are not aligned) and I can see a long road (red mark) facing me and beside the road, it is St Hilda pri/sec school (red mark), although it is quite far but I'm not sure if it is harmless. Also there is a unique building with sharp corner (red circle). I also viewed another unit in Tampines and I quite like it, the only problem is I can see the school in front of the window and from kitchen's window I can see the unblocked MRT track. Is it good? If it is not good, any workaround to it? Thanks. Cheers, V
  12. Thanks MaCe, got you! Oh btw, forgot to mention that from the kitchen's window I can actually see small portion of the MRT track, is that okay? Small portion as in left and right side is other blocks and the center is not blocked so I can see the MRT track, but hor if I'm not wrong the unblocked view (currently MRT track view) will be blocked by the HDB Welcome to ... gate, don't know even worse or not:) Cheers, V
  13. @MaCe, Haha, I see, so I will take your advice for granted, just ignore it:P @Nipponho, Raincole, Yes, it is a rectangular roof but what I meant was the triangular corner, my bad not describe better:) So for the vertical downwards triangular shape, is it also safe to ignore? Cheers, V
  14. Sorry guys, maybe you are all confused with which triangular shape I was referring to, kindly refresh the page and you will see there is 2 red circle in the picture, that was what I meant by triangular shape. Hope this clarifies.!! Cheers, V
  15. @MaCe, Main door is actually facing the wall, and this picture was taken while standing in front of the window. @Nipponho, This is what I think so even it is not hitting the main door but is it good if it is hitting the window? V
  16. Ha? No one reply to this thread ar, so sad!
  17. Hi Guys, I've interested in one of the unit in Tampines and viewed it myself this morning (only from outside:P). The main door (NE) and window facing (SE) direction is what I want but I found that other block (triangle shape) in front is actually directly hit to this unit, I attached the picture here, kindly help to justify and comments. Thanks. Cheers, V See the 2 blocks in front that have bamboo stick with hanging clothes, the blocks shape is kind of triangular and hitting the corridor where I stand and took the picture.
  18. Guys, What is the most accurate online 8ji reading website? I'm very confuse now because the result of of online 8ji reading, books and nikouw calucation are all different V
  19. Guys, Anybody here stay in Pasir Ris? What do you think about Pasir Ris, eg. environment, school, etc. Which block is good to buy and which block to avoid? Thanks. Regards, V
  20. @MaCe, Yes, but when I enter the unit (main entrance) I can see it because it is beside and far behind the living room window. So is it consider I can see or can't see? Can I hang a banner (eg. red banner) in front of the main (iron) door or stick an amulet on the second (wood) door? I found to put a partition behind the main (iron) door is abit weird because when I open the wood door then I can't see outside. Correct me if I am wrong. @Nipponho Yes, I got you now. I also prefer the unit that its window and main door are align (side by side), it's easier to decide when come to ba ji & direction calculation:) Based on MaCe's opinion, it seems no harm to take the door to door unit as long as we know how to do a workaround for bad fs. Again, correct me if I am wrong here. Cheers, V
  21. Hi Guys, Thanks for the reply. @MaCe, Far as in separated by staircase lor, it's like you can't share a shoe cabinet with your neighbour kind of far. And in front of staircase, there will be a lift once the lift upgrading is done, so from lift the unit is first unit on your right, is that good too? Can I assume as long as our door and neighbour's door are the same size and nothing hang in front of neighbour's door, I don't need to do anything, eg. put a partition, put an altar, etc? @Nipponho, What do you mean by aligned? You mean is not really 100% facing each other? If that was what you mean then this unit is aligned. Another thing is the last (behind the unit) neighbour door is facing in line with the window of this unit and there is an incense holder hanging on top and I realized that the wall get burned till black, is that okay to have an incense holder behind/beside your unit? Cheers, V
  22. Hi MaCe & Others, What is the common method used for the unit that facing others' door (door to door), I've been viewing a Tampines unit and most of them are door to door. There is a unit that interested me and even it is door to door but in the middle there is a staircase, so I can say it's a bit far, is it okay? Cheers, V
  23. No ler, it is initiated by the seller agent, my agent's only explained to me the situation and all the possible impact. It's ok anyway I've decided not to take, heng ar! Cheers, V
