Definitely the contractors' price would be cheaper just that you have to co-ordinate the works yourself and hope everything goes right! cus if you engage id, they will have to bare the ''consequences'' instead if anything goes wrong! Hello RitaJoe! Hmmm in my opinion, if there isnt much design. I would rather you go for contractor (carpenter) instead as having ID would be like paying extra for the service for this small project! If you need a contact of a reliable carpenter i can recommend you one. (He is my friend's uncle). Cheers!

Its way too tedious. -Painting for whole unit - $1,800 -False Ceiling for living area – $1,000 -TV Console 12 ft - $1,800 -TV Feature Wall, full height 12ft - $3,360 Estimated Total: $7,960 I can recommend you an id though if you need one still. Based on your price above for the feature wall is rather expensive but have to know the design as well (if its complicated with like open storage then this price is rather reasonable due to the laminates that would be use).
