  1. Your quote looks way overpriced. I asked quite a few IDs for quote before we got our keys and I met up with 5 different ones to discuss the cost of our renovation. In the end we have decided to go direct to the carpenter for our carpentry as I have a clear idea of exactly what I want and this way it is much much cheaper than using an ID. You should consider if you need the ID at all but if you do, it isn't that hard to get them to meet with you before you get your keys. PM me if you want to know which IDs I met up with and I can pass you the contacts.
  2. I'm interested in the Fanco F1 and F2 56" ceiling fans with lights. Could you please let me know how much each fan costs with the remote control? We would be interested in the black color versions so I would also like to know whether you have stock and how soon you would be able to arrange for installation. Thanks!!
  3. Dear Aron, I am interested in getting a Mistubishi Electric Starmex Inverter System 4 for my 5-room BTO flat. Could you please offer some advice as to what units we should be using throughout the house and then give me a quote regarding the price? Thank you.

  5. All this stuff is so complicated! I don't understand any of this. Can I ask something relatively simple? We are getting our keys soon and all new HDB flats are supposed to be provided with a 40 amps main switch. Is this capable of running all the usual household appliances (TV/Microwave/2-Door Fridge etc) in addition to a built in oven (16 amps), air conditioner, and still allow us to install an induction hob? From what I've seen, most induction hobs require 30-32 amps. So if I install one, would that mean that I cannot run any of my other household appliances at the same time? Hope to hear back from someone about this before we get around to buying all our appliances. Thanks in advance!
  6. The TH-IB229 is one of the few induction hobs that can run on a 13 Amp line right? Anyone with other suggestions? Hawthorne, has the issue with the hob been resolved yet?
