yes u can, if u and ID A quite click but the quote is slightly higher than ID B show ID A, ID B quote and ask A to give some discount to match B

the truth is that even when your id told the contractor to go up on this date to do etc work they can promise the id but end up last min contractor telling the id he cant make it due to certain reasons 2 many on going projects lack of man power man sick accident etc

this type of situation usually happens when only the clients go for contractors due to budget constrain as contractors give u only a few choices for tiles as for me no i dont have this problem as im not a contractor and my supplier has wide variety of tiles for my client to choose

yes i understand what you ppl are typing but what i typed have happen before so one must always becareful when approaching this method of doing their flooring

i can already predict that when your contractor lay finish the tiles the end product may have problem, so u will start blaming the contractor workmanship and the contractors will push the defacts fault to your tile supplier enjoy contractors ftw

Eh sorry if i sounded hostile Go for IDs recommended by the people here but of course some of them here are actually promoting themselves. HahA. And when people blacklist an ID it always mean blacklisting the firm too. But try not to forget that there may be or always have black sheep even in a good strong rep. company. So instead of blacklisting the firm, blacklist the ID instead. As for the form of payment try to negotiate with them.

No i dont sign up with ID cause im an ID my company payment can say its more fair for the client paying 40 40 is alot In the first place if u sign up with a decent ID/contractor would u have the fear of them running away.
