Hmm yes maybe i shld just start a blog now haha! I can be quite indecisive at times so high chances of me changing my mind on stuff which my other half and I have actually agreed on already! We have approached at least TEN IDs/contractors and almost wanted to sign up with one but thankfully, I came across ur blog and Stinz'.. We felt he's the right man for the job just after our first meeting so he better not let us down! Lol!

I agree with Vanessa and the rest. U have already decided to go with Alan so no point worrying abt the negative feedback. I believe that every contractor or ID have their gd and bad points. Just be more cautious and try to be at the site more often if u can? And ENJOY your reno journey! All the best! -
Greg, u are tempting me to use Kompactop for my kitchen! I told my other half abt it and the response I got was: "I thought we have already decided on granite?? What's this Kompactop now?? Is it even suitable for our heavy cooking?!" LOL

Hey greg, we have not decided on the design/colour yet. But will be using same design for living, dining, dry kitchen. Most likely one of the lighter colours. Prefer tiles in wet kitchen as we do heavy cooking. Rooms will be of a darker colour. Im envious of your Taobao buys! If only they have a website in Eng!

Agree with u greg.. I have done my research on Evorich's HERF and my other half and I really like it too.. Initially we wanted to install for our bedrms only but now decided to install in living rm as well!

Hmm the steam mop sounds interesting! Saw that there's a setting for laminates so it shld work on HERF too right? I fell in love with Smeg fridge too until I saw the price in Courts website!! *faints*

Hey clouds! Nice plants u got there! U might wanna check out Daiso for gardening stuff. I have a question. Any staining issues so far with the HERF especially since urs is of a lighter colour? I feel like having it in my living room too but I'd prefer to have one of the lighter colours so quite worried abt staining issues (wine, curry, soy sauce and the likes)! Really really dont want to deal with tile grout issues!
