Hi. I getting the bedok 4 room (new flat), and thinking of engaging HO BEE for everything except the flooring for 3 rooms The rooms will be done up by supreme directly. As for reno concept - simple and elegant. Ho bee will accept the job? as my 3 rooms flooring will be done by supreme? Only living room will be for HO BEE. So far my list include 1. 800x800 floor tiles for living room w/ skirting 2. Ceiling (either in L box or false, which ever is nicer) 3. All electrical works. 4. extra electrical points/scv/phone in rooms 5. warerobe for 2 rooms (master and 1x bed room) 6. master bed room toilet need to have "hotel" looks 7 kitchen cabinet with solid top. 8. Bed support in master room(queen), and 1x bed room(single) 9. some small little nice nice feature Do you think $12-$14K is enough? Is there any catalog which i can HO BEE workmanship? Which reno-T blog is done by them? Thanks.

Hi yokine9a, I am quote 4.20psf for their AC5 hard wood grade. (haven't filter in GST). He run a package for me as in 4.2psf for 3 rooms (147Sqf). IF exceed, it will be free. Does your 4.3 include GST already? Who your sale pax? Cheap or not? What to look out for? it seem they have a few AC5 model too. Thanks.

Thanks apple. A few question 1. the gas heater expose to sunlight and stuff like that? or conseal into a storage area. So the bath room will not see the "water heater"? Only shower head? right? How does the gas comsumption come into place. When i on my tap? or i must on the water heater? Thanks.

Are there 3 main stream? namely 1. electrical water heater 2. electrical water heater storage tank 3. Gas water heater? I want a concealed water spray - meaning, i turn left - hot, turn right - cold.
